International shipping costs is only an estimate, any over-payment of postage will be refunded when your package is sent.  We ONLY ship insured mail, with actual declared value of all items, signature is required on all packages.  Taxes/import fees are the responsibility of the buyer, they are not paid by Spider Sisters Studio.  If you require a return, you may do so for any tangible item within 14 days of signed receipt of said item, buyer pays any and all return fees plus a 25% restocking fee.  Items must be returned in sale-able condition in order for refund to be issued.  (Downloads can’t be refunded)
